This English section describes RangeCube Simulation Lab for iOS, operated by baoming qu. Contact qubaoming.qbm@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. The Chinese sections below describe the separate Lanren website and shared services; website features are not necessarily available in the iOS app.

All iOS simulation assets and price series are fictional and generated mathematically on our server. They are not real stocks, live quotes, historical market feeds, or personal financial information. Simulation does not mean that your account data is anonymous.

• Account and sign-in: account ID, name, email, and credentials needed to authenticate you. Existing shared-service accounts may also have a phone number. Password-based accounts use hashed passwords. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, we use the provider identifier and profile information made available through that sign-in.
• Profile and saved activity: your chosen nickname, optional avatar image, saved fictional asset symbols, preferences, and subscription settings are used to provide and synchronize app features.
• Purchases: plan, product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, and expiry information are verified with Apple to provide paid access and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
• Support: messages, contact details, and attachments you choose to send us are used to respond and troubleshoot.
• Service and security logs: hosting and service infrastructure may process IP addresses, request timestamps, software or device information, and error/security records to operate and protect the service.

Choosing an avatar uploads the selected image, not your whole photo library. Avatar images are served through a hosted image URL; anyone with that URL may be able to view the image. Do not upload sensitive documents or images you do not have permission to use.

We use hosting, database, and image-storage providers to operate the service; Apple for App Store payments and optional sign-in; and Google for optional sign-in. These providers process relevant information for their respective services. The app does not offer third-party advertising or use an advertising identifier to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. We do not sell your personal information.

The Google Sign-In SDK declares collection of name, email, phone number, approximate location, user and device identifiers, usage data, and other data, for sign-in functionality and/or analytics depending on the data type. Optional Google sign-in therefore involves more than just sending an email address to our server. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

The native iOS app does not contain the website’s analytics scripts. When you open our website, including linked support or legal pages, the website uses cookies/local storage and Google Analytics and Baidu Tongji. Website analytics may process page visits, browser/device data, and an internal account identifier if you are signed in to the website. Opening a web link is distinct from native app activity.

The server-generated simulation explanations are in English. If an explanation needs translation, the app can send that explanation to our server, which uses OpenRouter and its configured model provider for translation. That translation request does not include your account profile, avatar, or purchase details.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Necessary information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect the service, or handle a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

We retain account and saved-feature data while needed to provide the service, and retain necessary support, security, or transaction records where needed for their purpose or legal obligations. Access is restricted, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

In the app, use Profile and account settings to update your profile, export account data, or request account deletion. You may also email support to request access, correction, or deletion; we may need to verify account ownership. Account deletion removes account records and saved application data. Stored avatar files, service logs, and backups are separate from the account database and may not be erased immediately by the in-app action; contact us for image-removal or other deletion requests.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple retains its own purchase records under its privacy policy.

RangeCube is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this policy when our practices change and provide appropriate notice of material changes.

• 账户信息：手机号、电子邮箱、昵称、加密保存的登录凭证，以及您主动填写的资料。
• 使用信息：访问页面、功能点击、搜索与收藏、订阅设置、AI 问答使用次数及必要的操作日志。
• 设备与日志信息：设备类型、浏览器、操作系统、IP 地址、时间戳、错误日志及安全风控信息。
• 交易信息：会员方案、订单号、支付状态和交易时间。支付账户或银行卡等敏感支付信息由支付服务商处理，我们不保存完整支付凭证。
• 第三方服务信息：当您选择第三方登录、授权或分享时，我们会在您授权的范围内获取必要信息。

我们会将信息用于创建和维护账户、提供股票分析与订阅提醒、处理会员订单、响应反馈、保障服务安全、排查故障以及改进产品体验。经过去标识化或汇总处理的数据，也可能用于统计分析与产品运营。

我们不会将您的姓名、手机号或电子邮箱直接发送给网站分析工具作为分析标识。如使用分析服务，我们会采用内部生成的标识并尽量减少传输的数据。

我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在提供服务所必需、取得您的授权或法律法规要求的情况下，与云服务、短信邮件、支付、统计分析等服务商共享必要信息，并要求其按照约定处理和保护数据。

如发生合并、收购或资产转让，我们会要求新的持有方继续受本政策约束；若处理目的或方式发生实质变化，将依法重新征得您的同意。

您可以在产品内查看或更正账户资料，并通过意见反馈联系我们，申请访问、更正、复制、删除个人信息，撤回授权或注销账户。为保护账户安全，我们可能需要先核验您的身份。

法律法规规定我们必须保留的信息，或删除会影响他人合法权益的，我们会说明无法立即处理的原因。
